Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and Zen Operations LLC, doing business as Telnora Web Studio ("Telnora Web Studio," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Telnora Web Studio provides the following services:

• Web design and web development
• Automation and AI workflow development
• Ongoing maintenance and care plans
• Consulting and digital strategy
• SEO and content services
• Hosting services through partner providers
• Subscription-based support plans
• Payment plan options through Affirm
• Client project management via ManyRequests

Service details are described in proposals, scopes of work, or your client portal.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, timely project information
• Supply content, credentials, and media assets as needed
• Ensure all provided materials are legally owned or licensed
• Respond promptly to requests, approvals, and feedback
• Maintain active subscription payments for ongoing services
• Keep client portal access secure and confidential

We are not responsible for delays caused by missing information or late approvals.

• All payments are processed exclusively through Stripe via ManyRequests.
• Affirm may be available for eligible payment plans.
• Subscriptions (e.g., care plans) bill automatically.
• Work begins only after required payments or deposits are received.
• Failed or late payments may result in service suspension.

• Refunds are offered only before work begins.
• Partial refunds may be issued based on completed project phases.
• Subscription payments already charged are non-refundable.
• Cancellation of subscriptions applies to future billing only.

Upon full payment:

• You own all final deliverables including design, content, and website files.
• We retain ownership of internal tools, frameworks, reusable components, and proprietary methodologies.
• We retain a perpetual right to showcase completed work in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials.

You may provide:

• Website and hosting credentials
• API keys and platform access
• Media libraries and content files

We will:

• Store credentials securely within ManyRequests
• Use them only to perform contracted services
• Restrict access to authorized personnel

Timelines depend heavily on client responsiveness. If approvals or required materials are delayed, project timelines may extend accordingly.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party providers or hosting platforms.

We may use or integrate services including:

• Railway, Vercel
• Stripe, Affirm, ManyRequests
• Google Analytics, PostHog
• Resend, Klaviyo
• Calendly
• OpenAI API
• Hosting or cloud partners

We are not liable for outages, failures, pricing changes, or data issues originating from third-party providers.

We provide services "as-is" and do not guarantee:

• Specific traffic, revenue, or business outcomes
• SEO rankings or marketing performance
• 100% uptime or error-free functionality from third-party platforms

Post-Launch Warranty

• A 30-day care period is included after website launch for bug fixes and minor adjustments.
• Continued support requires an active paid care plan.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Loss of revenue or business opportunities
• Data loss
• Service interruptions
• Issues caused by client edits or third-party systems

We may suspend or terminate services if:

• Payments fail
• Terms are violated
• Abusive or unsafe communication occurs
• Illegal or unethical activity is detected

Clients may cancel subscriptions anytime; cancellation applies to future billing.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflicts of law.
